The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a widely used standardized test that measures the English language skills of non-native speakers. The iBT TOEFL is provided entirely online. The TOEFL is accepted by all American and many English-speaking academic and professional institutions as a means to evaluate the level of language proficiency and readiness to pursue a university program offered in English. All universities require a minimum score for the TOEFL from prospective international students, which can usually be achieved by taking the High intermediate and Low Advanced levels offered by API.
