Education and Training for Industry

 

American Polytechnic Institute provides innovative graduate certificates and customized training and courses. Certificates are focused on mechatronics and mathematical modeling. In addition, a variety of custom programs and individual courses are provided.

Our areas of expertise include:

            • Mathematical modeling
            • Engineering (electrical, computer, software, mechanical, biomedical, chemical, renewable energies, interdisciplinary)
            •  Engineering physics
            •  Applied physics
            •  Physical chemistry

Research and Development and Internships Clinic

        • API is involved in research and development projects in collaboration with industry through our innovative internship clinic. The projects are performed by interns at the worksite and chosen to solve a pressing engineering problem of the employer.
        • This provides an innovative low-cost expertise to help solve work-related problems while the student learns and gets trained.

American Polytechnic Institute develops courses and programs for Colleges and Universities that desire to expand their current offerings in engineering and science, and helps those institutions expand into the online environment. API's collaboration with these institutions includes a review of their existing programs, development of new programs and courses, and implementation of the new programs on a hybrid/online platform.
